My name is Kyle Alleyne, and welcome to KLA Fit!
My fitness journey began in 2015 after completing my Sports Science degree and earning my personal training qualification. From a young age, I understood the transformative power of fitness, not just for improving physical health, but for overcoming challenges and supporting mental well-being. It played a major role in helping me through tough times, and I wanted to pass that experience on to others.
I saw how many people were struggling with nutrition, staying motivated, and enjoying their fitness routines. I believed fitness shouldn’t be intimidating or dull—it should be fun and empowering. That passion led me to build KLA Fit, a space where people of all fitness levels can feel welcome, supported, and excited to work on their personal goals.
Whether you’re here to improve your physique, gain strength, or simply feel better mentally and physically, KLA Fit is all about creating a community that inspires growth and makes fitness a lifestyle, not just a task. I’m so excited to have you with us on this journey!

“6 months Postpartum; I feel happier, healthier, and more confident than I did before getting pregnant! I started PT sessions with Kyle 10 weeks Postpartum. Kyle supported with my dietary plan, ensuring I was having the right macros and calories to fuel my workout, but also considering I was breastfeeding. (Unlike other PTs, Kyle never made Carbs to be the enemy). Kyle pushed me to the limits (yup, most of the time I hated him for how hard the session was) but I am now squatting 90kg, 180kg hip thrusts and I can do Pull ups!! I can't recommend Kyle enough, especially for mums looking to get back into fitness! Kyle is great for a free babysitter too whilst you train.”

“Before starting with Kyle I was extremely unhappy with my physical appearance, I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for well over a year and I lacked any motivation to do so. At the beginning of my PT sessions I was constantly training in a jumper due to a lack of confidence and feeling anxious. Fast forward a few months and I now have a love for training and thoroughly enjoy my sessions, so much so that I also attend Kyle’s weekly classes.
